BLADDER PAIN

See anti-oxalate diet which may relieve your symptoms especially if the urine burns you on the vulva when you void.

If you feel pain when you void and it is in your bladder, you may have a urinary tract infection.  They are common especially after intercourse.  You will need a culture and antibiotics.  Drink plenty of H20 and call your doctor.

Herpes can present with painful urination or with severe inability to void.  Call your doctor immediately.

Bloody urine can be infection, inflammation, stones, polyps, menopausal atrophy or rarely, cancer.  Cancer is more prevalent in smokers.  Call your doctor if you see blood in your urine.
