o      Headache - Tylenol (acetaminophen), peppermint tea, rest
o      Heartburn - Tums, Rolaids, Maalox, Mylanta, Zantac, avoid spicy and greasy foods.
o      Constipation - Water, increase fiber, Citrocel, Metamucil, Fibercon, Colace, sit up for ½ after meals, and if all fails MOM
o      Nausea - Peppermint, ginger (250 mg capsules 4x day), Emetrol, wristbands, Unisom at night and vitamin B6 (25 mg three times a day)
o      Insomnia - warm milk, Benadryl (25-50 mg), Ambien (needs prescription)
o      Nasal Congestion - Sinus rinse, Saline nasal spray, humidified air, Vicks Vapor Rub, Breathe Right Nasal Strips. If allergy induced, Benadryl.
o       Fever - Tylenol
o       Sore Throat - Gargle with warm salt water or Cepacol lozenges
o       Cough - Robitussin DM, non-menthol cough drops
o       Diarrhea - Immodium AD, Kaopectate
o       Hemorrhoids - Tucks medicated pads, Preparation H, Anusol
