"WOMEN'S LIBERATION"

PMS/PERIMENOPAUSE/HEALTHY BREAST FORMULA

Being a woman is not easy sometimes. Monthly cycles can be difficult due to PMS symptoms such as breast tenderness, bloating, weight gain, mood swings, water retention, insomnia, acne, cramps, cravings and overeating, depression, and anxiety, to name a few.

We designed "Women's Liberation" as a natural aid to ease PMS symptoms. It also promotes healthy breast tissue and eases women through perimenopause.

PMS and perimenopausal symptoms may be attributed to hormonal and brain chemical fluctuations. A severe form of PMS called PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) requires antidepressant treatment. It occurs in 10% of women with PMS and causes severe cyclical depression and anxiety, enough to warrant such medication.

Diagnosis of PMS is easy. Mark down your symptoms on a calendar. PMS generally occurs in the 2 weeks prior to the bleeding phase of the cycle. Once bleeding begins, you feel less anxious, bloated, and suddenly energized! If your symptoms occur all month long, you may be perimenopausal. If depression and anxiety occurs all month, you may need further treatment.

Most women, however, will be relieved by a combination of natural supplements such as the ones contained in our "Women's Liberation". No more running to the health food store putting all those pills together. We did it for you! Proper diet and exercise, avoiding alcohol, nicotine and caffeine helps tremendously. Getting control of your life and avoiding too much stress is also important. Treat your body with care! Take Yoga if you are stressed out!

Some women have depletions of vitamins and minerals or calcium imbalance which causes PMS symptoms and may be helped with B vitamins, magnesium, calcium, zinc, and manganese. These are all found in our supplement.

Other women may have glucose metabolism imbalances for which chromium may help, along with a diet containing minimal sugar. Increased estrogen in the body may be secondary to dietary imbalances (too much fatty red meat and alcohol), being overweight or liver impairment. Milk thistle has been used for this in many nutritional programs.

To balance excessive hormones, eating cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, collard greens, and cabbage) or a broccoli extract may help. This along with Vitamin E and Evening Primrose Oil will help the breast tenderness and swelling. The dosage of Vitamin E is safe!

PMS symptoms tend to increase in the Perimenopause, the years prior to the end of menstruation. Average age of menopause in the USA is 52. The "Women's Liberation" formula will help even the monthly fluctuations.

There is evidence that endometriosis is worsened by cyclical hormonal swings and excessive estrogen and the supplements may also be helpful for that condition.

All women need calcium and Vitamin D to prevent osteoporosis, a thinning and weakening of the bones which leads to loss of height, fractures of the hip and spine, and chronic pain. With our formula, you will not need to take any extra calcium. Due to its bulky nature, the 1200 mg of calcium you need makes the "Women's Liberation" formula consist of several capsules. The Evening Primrose is the soft gel. Take 2 of the capsules with breakfast or lunch and 2 with dinner. The soft gel can be taken any time. If you have trouble with pills, open the capsules and put the contents in yogurt.

Our formulas do not contain gluten.

I personally recommend that you take all the supplements all month long. It is your preference if you want to add a multivitamin also. "Vitarays" is our formula. Women trying to conceive should always be on a multivitamin for the folic acid which prevents neural tube defects like spina bifida.

Also, for breast tenderness and bloating, be sure you have regular bowel movements. Use psyllium powder daily with juice if you are constipated. Eat a lot of veggies and fruit. Constipation will increase the absorption of harmful and carcinogenic estrogens in your colon exposing you to excessive hormone levels.

If your symptoms are not better in several months on the supplements, a consultation with your doctor may be beneficial. You may also need additional hormonal supplements, blood work to rule out things like thyroid disease, and further medical/psychological evaluation.
